MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
Held in the Village Hall, All Cannings on Wednesday 30th April 2003 at 7.00pm.

CHAIRMANS REPORT:
The Chairman gave a report of the year’s work undertaken by the Parish Council. A copy is attached to the Minutes.
MINUTES:
Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on 24th April 2002 having been circulated, were confirmed as a true record and signed by the chairman.
MATTERS ARISING:
Litter Grant: Clerk has put the council forward for a litter grant for the current financial year from Kennet District Council.
ACCOUNTS:
A summary of receipts and payments for the financial year ending 31st March 2003 was given by the Clerk.
Receipts for the year: £5665.26
Payments for the year: £6758.93
Bank Balances: Lloyds Bank Treasurers Account 0019780: £2446.00
Lloyds Bank Account 7404484: £5246.93 NSB Investment Account137921791: £1206.04
Total Balance: £8918.97
An approximate forecast for receipts and payments was also given for the financial year 2003-2004. The final accounts will be presented in the new format at a future meeting.
